My before and after: LEFT: summer 2011. I was struggling with EDNOS and self harm. Probably average 1000 calories a day. Around 136 lbs RIGHT: April 2013. Eating healthy and a lot of it. Weight lifting and cardio. Around 130lbs.  Only 6 lbs difference. But it’s amazing what eating more and lifting heavy can do.

my goal for this summer is not a weight but to have a small enough stomach to be able to work out in just shorts and a sports bra
